Reasons that could eliminate the warranty of any model of Arodel heaters

1- Mishandling of the heater or evidence of mistreatment and/or damage due to humidity, which produces corrosion, clogging mechanical parts and corroding electrical parts.

2- Breakage due to blows, abuse of the cabinet or any of the tubular terminals of the heater (metal couplings cannot be used at any end of the heater), or that the heater cabinet has been uncovered/opened. Break in the electrical cable of the heater. Suspension of the connection strip.

3- Inverted polarity, Arodel heaters must be electrically connected in this way: From 1800 to 5000 watts 110 volts, the black cable to the live phase of the Ac, the white to the other phase or ground. 220 volt heaters from 6000 to 15000 watts the green wire must be connected to Ground.

3- Incorrect or inappropriate use, abuse of the product, for example carelessness or leaving it continuously connected for more than 48 hours.

4- Connection to a voltage different from that indicated on the heater label

5- Handling by personnel outside the Arodel service center or authorized service center.
